When you arrive at the test site, staff there will check your driver's license and log your name on a test site sheet. If the test site location has computers they will set you up on a computer to take the test. You will be logged onto a final exam page where you should enter your own username and password used for the at home portion of the course. These passwords will take you to the on-screen final. There are chapter links onscreen that enable you to review the reading material if needed (the final is open book). If the test site location does not have computers, you will take a paper test that we will fax over once you are at the test site. If you attend a test site that gives you a written test, you can take printed material from the course to help you with the final. Reading material will not be provided by any of the testing sites.

Once you pass, the completion certificate will be mailed from our corporate offices, not issued at the test site. If you have any questions regarding your test or certificate call 1(866)774-7874, the test site will not be able to provide any answers.
